FormTheory is working to combat the abuses that are commonplace in our industry by carefully selecting and monitoring our suppliers and manufacturers. In an effort to maintain a supply chain free from slavery, human trafficking, and unfair labor practices, FormTheory requires its suppliers and manufacturers to acknowledge their agreement and intention to comply with the requirements and standards set forth by the Code of Conduct.
