FormTheory has come a long way since we were founded in 2019
America has a health crisis
We know that sedentary lifestyles are the second leading cause of chronic disease, contribute to 1 in 10 premature deaths, and are associated with $117 billion in annual healthcare costs. Still, most people struggle to stay physically active despite knowing the risks to their health if they don't.
But staying active isn't easy
Studies show that there are two primary factors that prevent people from engaging in physical activity.
1. A lot of people don't physically feel good enough to workout and lack the energy to do so.
2. Most people lack the confidence to workout anywhere they can be seen by other people.

FormTheory products are designed to support busy people in living active lives. Our products are developed to help our customers overcome the two major barriers to physical activity.

Founded in a college dorm room
Logan Sack founded FormTheory as a student at the University of Denver. Many of his friends were Division I athletes and they worked out together 6 days a week. He started the company to make affordable, high-quality, activewear that he and his friends could wear to the gym.
Evolved to meet a need
After graduating and starting to work in corporate finance at an office 60+ hours per week, our founder realized that there were plenty of brands that catered to athletes, but none designed products to alleviate the painpoints of busy professionals trying to live active lives.
Dedication to nothing but the best
The FormTheory team set out to eliminate the two greatest barriers that prevent people from getting active: not feeling like working out and not feeling confident enough to workout in front of others.

Our mission is to help people stay active and live healthy lives. Continuous innovation is core to that mission. We push the industry forward by formulating new supplements based on the latest clinical data and engineer products with new materials that are more comfortable, durable, and sustainable.
Based in Denver
Our company is headquartered in the Mile High City. Out of our headquarters, we design every product, formulate every supplement, and test everything in our private gym.
